This policy applies only to personal data processed by ADventori through the tools and services made available to its customers. To know the policy of personal data collected on the site see here . This policy supplements the General Conditions of ADventori , the definitions of which apply fully.

1. Positioning of each party

ADventori provides its clients with tools and services to carry out advertising optimization campaigns.

These campaigns are defined, written and carried out by the advertisers, who are ADventori’s clients (or even clients of clients, etc.), without ADventori having any decision-making power over these aspects. ADventori thus acts within the framework of a contractual chain. Consequently, and on the basis of the factual elements and the applicable regulations (as interpreted in particular by Opinion 1/2010 of the Article 29 Working Party of 16 February 2010), ADventori is a “processor” for these campaigns, i.e. it acts solely as a supplier of resources to its clients, who themselves have the role of “data controllers”.

It is therefore the “data controller” customers who determine:
– the nature of the personal data collected and processed;
– the legal basis on which said personal data is collected;
– whether or not there is fully automated decision-making on the basis of the personal data provided;
– the recipients or categories of recipients;
– the countries to which the personal data is transmitted.

ADventori makes its best efforts to alert its customers in the event of non-compliance of their decision with regard to applicable law, but the responsibility for the final choices lies entirely with the customers.

Likewise, customers are the only ones who can provide all the information and mentions under the applicable regulations.

It is acknowledged that the measurement tool used to monitor and measure ADventori’s services does not include personal data and is therefore not affected by the regulations relating to the protection of personal data and these terms.

ADventori commitment

ADventori’s obligations include only the following. ADventori thus guarantees the Client against any claim or action by third parties in these respects and undertakes to bear, as and when required, all expenses, convictions, costs, and attorney’s fees that the Client may incur in these proceedings.

In general, ADventori undertakes to comply with the regulations relating to the protection of personal data.
