There\u2019s even a couple of picnic benches for those wanting to take a break in a peaceful, sunny spot!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Starting salary of \u00a319,000-\u00a322,000 depending on experience<\/li>\n<li>22 days plus bank holidays, increasing on length of service<\/li>\n<li>Flexible start and finish times<\/li>\n<li>Free healthy snacks and hot \/ cold drinks<\/li>\n<li>Pension scheme<\/li>\n<li>Healthy living allowance to use as you choose on gym, fitness classes etc<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to make a real difference as part of a small, friendly team known internationally for their expertise<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>About the <\/strong><strong>Digital Advertising Analyst<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The Digital Advertising Analyst reports in to the Technical Operations Manager and with support you will become a subject-level expert in our internal software systems, publisher performance analysis and Google\u2019s DoubleClick For Publishers platform.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Main responsibilities of the Digital Advertising Analyst<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitoring and analysing the performance of our portfolio of publishers<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Account Management team in customer-level deep analysis<\/li>\n<li>Take ownership for the day to day running of our internal reporting platform<\/li>\n<li>Identify and troubleshooting ad delivery, quality and performance issues<\/li>\n<li>Work with the Technical Operations Manager to develop, test and report on new strategies<\/li>\n<li>Inform and guide improvements to our systems and software platform<\/li>\n<li>Actively working to improve your knowledge and capabilities in this fast-changing field<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>What we are looking for in the Digital Advertising Analyst<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>2 years\u2019 experience working in a related field (Such as PPC, SEO, AdOps, Website operations or digital advertising)<\/li>\n<li>Highly numerate with a strong analytical background and proven critical thinking<\/li>\n<li>Ability to clearly communicate actionable insights internally and externally<\/li>\n<li>Strong organisational skills and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to take ownership of tasks and ensure their efficient completion<\/li>\n<li>Strong, demonstrable IT skills and interest in web technology<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Useful attributes:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The following are not requirements of the role, but each would be an advantage to the application.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with Google\u2019s publisher tools: DoubleClick for Publishers, Ad Exchange and AdSense<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with client-side web technologies including HTML, CSS and JavaScript<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or any ad server<\/li>\n<li>Degree, or equivalent quantitative studies (e.g., math, physical sciences, computer science, economics, statistics, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of debugging using tools such as Chrome Developer Tools, Firebug, HTTPFox, Fiddler, or Charles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>If you are interested in joining OKO Digital as the <\/strong><strong>Digital Advertising Analyst, please apply today by submitting your CV to <a href=\"mailto:eb@oko.uk\">Emma Bradshaw<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Hey recruitment agencies!<\/h2>\n<p>We\u2019re sure that you are lovely, but we\u2019d rather not hear from you unless we call first.
